COLOMBIA – WORLD JEWISH RELIEF

World Jewish Relief aids vulnerable communities, including Venezuelan refugees in Colombia's Norte de Santander region, particularly in Cucuta and Villa del Rosario. With Smurfit Westrock Foundation's generous £50,000 donation, we provide essential emergency care and facilitate referrals to local health authorities when needed.

ASPACE NAVARRA - ACCESSIBLE PLAYGROUND IN SPAIN

Our donation of €51,200 meant that a fully accessible playground could be built to support the development of over 144 children with Cerebral Palsy and other disabilities. The students at the Virgen de Orreaga Special School now have a recreational space which is fully inclusive and does not discriminate based on their condition or disability.

SUPPORTING DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN IN GERMANY

The Kleine Strolche children's home specializes in traumatized and medically challenged children. Our donation of €130,000 helped fund 4 different projects. Supported by over 60 Smurfit Westrock Volunteers, these donations made it possible to build a horse-riding arena, a paddock area for therapy horses and a paved fireplace for the children.

NOVAS

Novas, an Approved Housing Body, is enhancing Rathmines Women's Centre for homeless women, aiming to create a therapeutic outdoor space. They seek €15,119 in funding to promote gender equality and support traumatized clients.
